Epic games scammed me, help?

Hello,

I need help with getting my money back, which is over $400. Epic games has banned my account without any reasons. i spent over $400 on fortnite just to be banned for no reason.

what do i do? they ignored my emails. i emailed them more than 5 times, they ignored them all.

I do not have any friends, i play solo. i've never teamed with anyone or anybody. i've done nothing wrong to get banned and yet here i am in this situation.

Send them an Email and wait.

This happened to me, after 2 months I was unbanned and they gave me 2,000 vbucks for false ban

You should keep trying to get in contact with them. They didn't scam you as they wouldn't risk risking their reputation for $400, no need to jump to conclusions.

No, i started in season 2. i am the orginial account owner.

You should keep trying to get in contact with them. They didn't scam you as they wouldn't risk risking their reputation for $400, no need to jump to conclusions.
