I want an epicly designed Minecraft skin, I'd like to pay around 15$ for it. But then again I want it to be epic so if you have a portfolio of the sorts I can pay extra.

Skin making goes for around $5 per skin, don't blow $25.

No, they go for ~$5 and that is by people who make high quality skins.
If you pay anything more than that, you're being ripped off.
