I wouldn't think he needs to.... I mean, he purchased an item from you, giving him full ownership of that item. He actually IS allowed to do what he wants with it.

Please don't start another one of these arguments. If the seller said to the person they may not resell that mean it cannot be resold without permission to. Does not matter whether the person "owns" it if the seller stated in their T&Cs that it may not be resold without prior permission then it cannot be.

He never said he had a T&C....

Why did you ask him how much a build would cost? This looks like a conversation from when you bought a spawn from him.

Also, he could of just been asking again in the case he wants to buy something else. Either way, doesn't really matter.

He didn't even show us the question ''Hey dude, am I allowed to re-sell your spawn?'' So I think that this proof is not really valid. Why would Xeron sell another spawn to him when he allready broke some rules?

I did, although I would have much preferred to being notified that he was selling one of our builds beforehand.

Oh well, permission granted.

Basically the situation is the person that we sold this too before didn't notify me of reselling it - the OP was unaware of this and so I don't blame him.
