If you wish to sell it here, I would advise that you remove it from that website and show proof that it hasn't been sold to anybody on that website previously. People won't buy something for that price if there's multiple copies of it floating around.

The concept is to provide premium builds for servers without the budget for exclusive, custom ones. Also there's a fair amount of evidence to show that particularly with minigame maps, players enjoy the same map being on all their different servers - and that it's non-exclusivity is therefore irrelevant to a certain extent.

I understand your perspective, but having had 3 years experience doing exclusive commissions for top prices I'm confident that this is a worthwhile venture. The most popular survival games and minigames maps of all time, across all major networks, are non-exclusive.

Ok well number one would be the law. To purchase the schematic you must agree to the terms and conditions which forbid resale, as does the creative license that build is under.

Number two would be common decency and respect I guess

Facebook would just close your account. But this is an entirely different situation, he doesn't have any way to terminate his service. Even if you accept his terms and service you could easily get away with selling this. On the other hand its not an exclusive build so its not like leaking/reselling the map would dilute its value to any significant degree, assuming you buy it simple for the build quality and not any sort of exclusivity.

It's an interesting idea and concept to sell high-quality builds at an affordable price. He's in the market for something other than paid custom builds and he's trying to pave his own market, and I think we should all respect his work and what he's going for and not resell his work.
