Who are we?
Epsilon Builds is an upcoming team that will provide exclusive and non exclusive builds. Our mission will be to provide the client with the smoothest and most trustworthy experience possible. There will be no hidden fees or money grubbing techniques, just quality and safety.
Why should I join?
Epsilon Builds will be focused on rewarding it's members for the work they do, which means that if you contribute little you get little. The people who work more should be the ones earning more. We will be objective with our builders, and we will ensure that they enjoy their time on the team. We will be utilizing SLACK and PRODUCTEEV to ensure that we are organized and efficient.
I'm interested, how do I get on?
Joining will be simple. You will fill out this and post it here, and we will contact you within 48 hours about a trial build.
A trial build will be a non-stressful assignment. You will work directly with full members on a commission, and the senior staff will observe how you work with the team and how well you build with others. Teamwork is essential to the team and we will weigh that heavily on the members.
Trial Builder [TB]
As noted above, the trial builder is a freshly accepted builder that will participate in one or two "trial builds."
A trial build will involve the TB working as a team member on a commission with other TB's or JB's. We will observe them discreetly while they work with others to ensure that they are working well and respectfully with the other members. This level will not be payed.
Junior Builder [JB]
If you are accepted after your Trial Build, we will give you the rank of Junior Builder. You will get instruction from full builders on what your part in a commission will be. You are still in training, and the full members will give you guidance and advice while you work with them. This level gets 60% of what a builder receives, due to them not fully graduating yet.
Builder
A builder will be a full member of the team, you will have full permissions and freedom to create non exclusive builds as you wish. You are responsible for overseeing Trial Builders and Junior Builders as they learn the values of the Epsilon Build team.
Distinguished Builder [DB]
A Distinguished Builder is someone who has proven to the SB's and Management that they fluently understand our values, structure, and ascetics. This level will have the ability to engage in commissions on their own, and more freedom than regular builders.
Senior Builder [SB]
The SB's are chosen by Management from DB's who have yet again proven that they are fluent with the responsibilities of a person that manages a team of builders. The SB's are responsible for hiring and promoting TB's and JB's, and will discuss candidates for Builder and DB with management. This level is expected to show maturity and leadership, as they work directly with management.
Management [M]
Management Members are chosen by the Owner, XD, from the SB's. We expect that the Management staff will take complete charge in commissions and the team, and will have access to everything. This can be discussed in detail with XD

Exclusive Commissions -
10% - Owner & Expenses
5% - Management & SB's
85% - Divided up by participation of the members of who participated in the building process for said commission.
Non Exclusive Builds -
10% Owner & Expenses
90% - Divided up by participation of the members of who participated in the building process for said build.
10% - Owner & Expenses
