Pay first : As above we don't scam as we are a reliable source (New build team and some minds may be a tad weaker than others with negotiation if you feel uncomfortable with the employee you are speaking with then don't hesitate to stop talking to them and re-arrange a meeting with another representative, Please be nice when extracting this to them)
