Hello I am interested in your services for a huge request no one thus far is able to help with.
How much do I have to pay you all to build the Factory Map from Escape From Tarkov (EFT)? It's a small map, you'll just have to replicate it based on 3d models from EFT wikis, schematics players of EFT made, and maybe some YouTube gameplay. I need a 1:1 recreation of the map, so not sure exactly what the dimensions will be, that is up to you and YouTube videos.
Pictures #1 through #4 are just examples that someone on a modded server already made, hoping it is as good as this (or better)
Picture #5 (above) is the washroom sinks found at the top of the map schematic:
These are pictures of the competition, I am trying to make a different server than them, on Bukkit instead of modded. They are using mods so we just need the vanilla equivalent. Either just simple vanilla, or with the use of a Resource Pack that replaces rare/unused blocks, because other players are playing survival on the same server, same map.

I also recommend you take as long as you need to get it perfect, the competition took 3 months to make theirs and they played the game a LOT to get it all perfect. They still haven't released yet, and won't let anyone use their map. To see how the layers stitch together, there is a 3d model attached.
