Before I begin, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Eskee, but you can call me Ethan! I'm here today to offer my management services. I've been staff on some known servers on this website and I've owned some servers (many didn't release) in the past as well. I'm looking to commit to a new server and make it grow.
When it comes to pay, I will do unpaid jobs even though pay would be nice. I hope everyone has a good day!

If you let me manage your network or if you're considering, here are the things that I am going to offer for your server.
Leadership- I have always led people and have shown them what to do. Even if it is not in Minecraft I still mentor people. If you’re a part of the staff team then people are going to look up to you and ask for help. It is our responsibility to guide them along the way, If you as a staff member break the rules then others will see that and do the same thing. I can relate to all of the people on the staff team, I have been in every position in the book. I know what to do as an Owner and I know what to do as a Helper. Each position has responsibilities and we have to work together to get things done. I am a team player, I truly love this server and the community behind it, I am not here for the in-game rank and the power behind it. I am here to enjoy myself and have a fun time with the community. I want to help people and make them happy while having been on the server.
Trust- I am a trustworthy person. I have ran many businesses online on MC-Market and I have a 100% positive reputation. I take pride in being a trustworthy staff member. If you need me to tell the truth, I will never lie. Lying is pure immature and rude behavior. I will always give my own opinion and I will surely tell you that I will never let you down.
Experience- Even though some of the servers I've worked for or owned have been small or mediocre, that doesn't mean that I don't have experience. I have experience when it comes to moderation, decisions, staffing, and more.
Commitment- When I own or manage a server, I commit it that project and that project only. Simple as that.
