eSports Organisation / Players and Managers Needed

Hello MCM, I am looking to create a semi-professional e-Sports organisation for the following games:

CSGO (Counterstrike Global Offensive
Fortnite
TomClancys Rainbow6 Seige

Possibility for Call Of Duty


I am looking for actual competitive players, as well as coaches, gfx, vfx and team managers. Here are the requirements for each position:

Competitive Players:
Over the age of 13
$50+ Earnings
eSports background

Coaches:
Over a years experience with the specified game
eSports background
Over the age of 15

Team Managers:
Be able to criticise the team making improvements where needed
Over the age pf 15
eSports background

GFX & VFX:
Good quality work
Experienced
Understand that for now you will not get payed however for certain in the new future.

Rainbow 6 Seige Competitive Payers:
Gold Or Above
Good game sense
Overall kd 1+

Fortnite:
Arena Champions division
Passive and aggressive
Good endgame and early game


We take %3 of all competitive earnings
The job you do is not payed, however in the near future most members will be


Managers: 2/2
Gfx / Vfx: 4/4
Coaches: 3/3

R6Seige: 5/5
CSGO: 5/5
Fortnite: 5/5
