If you don't have any startup capital for an organization, do not attempt to start it. Not only do you put your brand at risk, but you put the players at risk of not receiving their salary.

I wouldn't advise starting an Esports organization because not a single org (besides Faze) is a profitable esports organization. Not to mention the entire industry is a bubble waiting to burst. If you are serious about starting a team, I would build like a clan of some sort and build a community from scratch with friends. If you have a lot of connections and/or experience with working in Esports management, you could start pitching to investors immediately. You could just purchase a team also.

If you are serious about it start going to events and networking. You would be surprised on how many people you could meet and talk with by going to events. I've done this and met a lot of cool people. Good luck!
