Hey there MCM community, I used to be a Team Manager of an amateur CS:GO team awhile back. Carbon Pro Gaming has been around for roughly 3 years now. We used to have a CS:GO team playing in amateur tournaments. The team was disbanded a little under a year ago and was sponsored by ORIGIN PC. As of right now we have no teams going and plan to create a Rainbow 6: Siege roster along with an upcoming Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 roster. There was a change in ownership 2 years ago. In hind site I was handed over the organization and really wasn't to keen on running it and didn't have the time. Recently I have the time to put into it but will need some help. Sponsors and affiliations are to come on a growth basis. We have good ties with ORIGIN PC and is someone we will be working with in the future of course. Other sponsors will be sourced in the future as well to provide for our teams and community. I have come to see if anyone from MCM wants to use their experience (all experience is valuable) to help with an eSports organization.

My name is Scuzzy, real name is Brad. I am 20 years old and have been around this community for the past 6 years. I have worked with many servers and businesses. I take my projects really seriously and want them to succeed no matter what. This is my latest project and is something that can turn into a career if you stick with me on it.
Requirements:
Some of the positions I will be looking to fill: (NOTE: all positions will be paid but it still being determined and worked into the budget due to the fact that most of the funding is put towards building a roster first.)
Partnership Manager
Responsible for sponsorship agreements and out reach to new affiliate and sponsors. Will work on joint projects with partners and sponsors, help generate revenues for the team and work on initiatives designed to engage and monetize the fan base.
Community Manager
Community managers are responsible for looking after the fan base or customer base of the organization.
May be required to produce interesting and engaging content for the community, track the amount of fans, handle promotions, competitions and other initiatives, gather feedback and relay it to other teams within the company.
Social Media Manager
The Social Media Manager will be in charge of creating engaging content on all social media platforms for the organization. Along with that, having the ability and knowledge on growing a social media account.
PR Team
Marketing/PR will work with journalists and influencers to secure positive and high-profile coverage for their brand, also being responsible for maintaining a budget and placing advertisements.
Team Managers
This can be an incredibly varied and hands-on role. Team managers are responsible for all kinds of things, from arranging player contracts, finding new talent, motivating and instructing existing players, entering tournaments, dealing with travel and accommodation. This will be based on a specific team/game so there are going to be multiple positions.
For now these are the positions I am looking to fill but there will be more in the future. If none of these positions suit your fancy and are interested in possibly playing and competing as a player for a specific game, it is certainly something I will consider if you have the talent.
