Hello, I am the Staff Manager of a server known as EssencePvP.
This is a new and upcoming factions server that is being released on 6/18/16 3PM EST.

We currently have three active helpers, but our goal is at least five ACTIVE Helpers.

A friend of yours decides to hack on EssencePvP, first of all how would you approach this situation, and how would you deal with it?

The server is being overrun by immature people. They are spamming, flooding the chat, and disrespecting other players. How would you deal with this?

Your brother/sister decides to play on EssencePvP, but in this scenario they are deciding become one of those wretched hackers we all love so much! How would you approach this situation, and how would you deal with it?
