Essentials 1.8 HELP

I've always had a problem with this, always have had a developer do it for me. But this time I am my own developer.
How do I get Essentials that is compatible with 1.8? What is the plugin called? I know that there isn't an official Essentials for 1.8 and it's just a snapshot plugin but how do I get that and install.

I don't want to come off as incapable by asking this, so no hate please, just a question.

I've tried that but it doesn't install all the essentials plugins. I can't set spawn, I can't do /spawn, I can't do any of the essentials commands?

You need to install all the essential addons. (EssentialsSpawn, EssentialsChat, And just Essentials)
