Essentials Chat Format Wont Work.

Hey, I am using Spigot 1.8 build #25, and when I download essentials, essentials spawn, and essentials chat, everything downloads fine.

However, when I try to edit the chat format, it stays the default value, in chat.

Can someone link me to the plugin I need to use?

Like from changing it from:
<[Owner] BlueberryPvPMC> Hello.
To:
[Owner] BlueberryPvPMC | Hello
Put a # in front of it if so.

I know, I deleted the #. I am currently testing another version. ill update in a sec[DOUBLEPOST=1459030002][/DOUBLEPOST]I downloaded the version for essentials and essentials chat here: https://ci.drtshock.net/job/EssentialsX/

oh remove the # at #format: '&7[{GROUP}]&r {DISPLAYNAME}&7:&r {MESSAGE}' then save it and reload
and you said you have essentialschat and essentials are they two folders? if they are make sure on both of them it have this
format: '{DISPLAYNAME} » {MESSAGE}'
#format: '&7[{GROUP}]&r {DISPLAYNAME}&7:&r {MESSAGE}'

group-formats:
# Default: '{WORLDNAME} {DISPLAYNAME}&7:&r {MESSAGE}'
# Admins: '{WORLDNAME} &c[{GROUP}]&r {DISPLAYNAME}&7:&c {MESSAGE}'

Its 1 folder. Ok, I guess il try removing the # .. i don't see whats its going to do due to the fact the line above has the format.
