Essentials Chat Won't work

I've tried for the past hour to figure out what's wrong and I cannot seem to figure out what it is, but for some reason essentials chat won't let me use essentials to make prefixes for groups other than default, every time I try and talk in global chat it says I'm a default even when I move myself to Owner with pex.
Yes for all you smart asses I did restart the server and nothing works.

Remove this format - http://prntscr.com/ogqfc8 Should look like this,

Then run /ess reload and you should be fine.

Lol no, I figured out the problem. I thought it was /pex user username set group groupname it was
/pex user username group set groupname
