Essentials.Properties Symbols Error

Hello,

I then thought okay symbols don't work then. Then I came across this server and they managed to fix the issue... https://gyazo.com/0f00e19199afe1068f569d115a6ba325

Any help on why this may be?

Easily fixed, by changing the double arrows icon to the text within the speechmarks. "\u00BB"

So I put that before the symbol and color code and that's it?

Practically yes, legit essentials.messages only read unicode. The code above is Java unicode leasing the double arrows icon.
