Essentials Spawn Help

Hello,
I'm looking for someone who knows how to make it where you can set spawn in air and allow players to teleport to that spot in air (flying) and not fall to the ground. I'm not sure if this is possible with Essentials but if you can help I could send a few bucks your way.

So I set spawn like 100 blocks in the sky right, when you type /spawn you should teleport to that location not to the ground under.

This is not possible.
First if you have any anti hacking plugin it will keep kicking the players out for (Flying) when they arent.
Second, What you can do is place invisible blocks however high Just a different solution.
/give <player> minecraft:barrier Must be in creative.

This may sound dumb, but you could place a barrier in mid-air.
