Essentials worth.yml (Balanced)

I am looking for a really balanced Essentials worth.yml for my server.

If you are looking for some base prices: (~ = around)
Diamonds ~ $200 each
Iron ~ $15 each
Coal ~ $2 each
Gold ~ $25 each
Lapis ~ $2 each
Emerald ~ $150-200 each
(These obviously can be changed)

Payments will be done through PayPal F&F.
Payments can be discussed between us.
50% first, 50% when complete.
