EssentialsCHAT Issue [HELP]

I hope you can help me with this.

I can't remove the <>. Even tho it says in EssentialsChat that i have.

The plugins are marked as green in /pl, and the commands for groupmanager works fine. So does Essentials, however EssentialsChat is triggering me.
