Today I'll be selling a server on behalf of the owner. The server will not be mentioned publicly as the owner does not want the community to know it is being sold until the transaction has been finalised. Server Details
The server is an established factions server with over 20 successful maps completed which were fully paid out. The server is generating over $1,300 a month, with over $9,600 generated this year alone! The server has been profitable after every map. It currently has 2 realms, one with an unlimited roster, one with a locked roster size. Management discuss parameters for the maps with the faction leaders so the maps are suited to what they want.

The maps' setups have been flawless, holding over 500+ players online. Premium plugin licences will be transferred if allowed by the developer. Feel free to contact me for a list of these plugins.

The discord server has over 2,000 members and is growing rapidly from word of mouth and minimal advertising. There is also a faction leader discord with over 80 members. The main discord is level 3 boosted and has over 50 boosts.
