Established Server description

The current description of the Established Servers forum doesn't make much of a sense.

"Here is where you sell your servers that are either already setup and have a playerbase."

Quite a simple suggestion: rephrase the description to be more clear because it's confusing to understand. I assume the "and" is supposed to be an "or" instead.

Then it's seemingly not really enforced well- not only setups for that matter. There are a bunch of useless posts/setups, and there doesn't seem to be a clear regulation set for that forum, specifically. I actually had no clue that this forum didn't allow setups simply due to how many people post their setups there, either way, rephrasing the description should help tremendously on clearing up what should and shouldn't go there.

Since the time this thread was made we have created a new forum category for people to sell their setups in and have changed the description of the established forum to explain that servers without a playerbase must be sold in the setups category, because that's essentially all they are.
