Established Server with stable players

Hi All,

I used to own a Pixelmon sever roughly 4 years ago (Poke Realms) and decided I wanted to get back into the game of Minecraft Servers.

I'm looking to purchase either an established modded Pixelmon Server, or a vanilla server that can start me off to making a server network.

Budget anywhere from $300 - $800 depending on what's involved in the server.
