Launched a project a while ago, currently making a bit over $150/mo gross. It has mad potential if you've got the necessary skills to promote it properly, and can actually dedicate time to scaling our current marketing. The current system is built for scalability so that isn't a problem.
The backend is made from scratch by myself in node, you'll need a VPS to run it on, but it uses barely any resources so any cheap server is enough, or I can keep hosting it for you for $3 or so a month.
The profit margins are relatively high, between 50-75% depending on the product and customer behaviour. You'll only need to dedicate 5-15 min of work each day to make it all work, of which the majority is replying to tickets and restocking at our supplier. I'll show you exactly how to manage it all and everything you need to know to run it smoothly.
