Hello fellow minorities!

I've had a miner running for 2-3 months which has been great. But yesterday it just stopped working so I was curious if anyone knew a possible issue and way to fix it. I checked the internet which is working (reset it too, didn't help), it is running (fans at least) but I am unable to send any commands through hiveos (a reboot didn't turn the machine off), and it has the number of Gpus next to where it should be in red (image below)). The thing I think caused it is the power being turned off yesterday but I have a surge protector so theres that. Please let me know if you got anything I can try doing to fix it it would be appreciated, and sorry if I ask stupid questions because I'm not that experienced in this.

So your power shut off yesterday and now the cards aren't being registered on Hievos? Have you tried other mining software? Did you check your device manager?

I think you're better off asking this in crypto-related communities.

Fair enough, just know a couple miners where on here so I thought I would put it here too, but thanks for the advice.[DOUBLEPOST=1633889434][/DOUBLEPOST]

Thats basically the issue, but I also can't run commands through hiveos which I was able to do last time. Haven't tried either of your tricks though, as I don't really know any other mining software. Do you have a recommendation on another mining software I could try? As far as my device manager, I don't even know how to access that (stupid, I know) and I don't have a monitor if thats whats needed.
