Howdy,

I'm Ethan and I'm currently offering my management and administrator services. I'm 14 years old and I've worked with many servers and owned servers in the past. I've been playing Minecraft for two years and I've been loving it ever since!

Moderation Experience
I have had a lot of experience in the past, I have owned servers and I have been a Helper on some. I can work any type of position and fill the requirements needed. These experiences have made me more confident in my ability to manage a community and be a part of one. I am thankful for all of the offers I have had in the past, they have made me a better version of myself. I am still looking to grow my skills and create more memories.

I've had 11 yr olds as Admins before. It is rare, but not possible. I look for good staff, with qualities and maturity, not always by judging them from their age. I'm not saying he wasn't, but he definitely wasn't immature when he was staff for me anyways.

I would say I was "getting there" when it came to maturity, but I did make sure I acted mature when I was staff on his server.

I've actually have been staff on servers that actually released (Example: RexRaids, ChaosOP, RKO, etc.) Sure, I was staff on servers that didn't release, but at least I got the opportunity to learn from those small servers. Without those servers, I wouldn't be making this thread. (I accept unpaid/paid positions too.)
