If you've been in development for 4-years that would mean the server has been in progress since 1.13. How has that affected keeping up-to-date with current trends? Why has the server not been managed to release after 4 years of development?

The server is completely custom coded anyone applying for a role will be allowed to see a tour of the work so far to see how in depth this project is.
