I'm searching for a developer for a minecraft server. I'm looking for an experienced developer, who'd be up to create plugins with financial backround.

I'm having an idea how to let the Server explode, I just need a developer who could help me out with that. I'd pay 40% of the turnover, but I'd pay for the Server etc.

Uhh, what? Turnover is the amount of money coming into the server before costs are deducted, so I'm not sure what you're supposedly paying for? Are you saying you would pay the developer from this turnover?
