EULA Agreement For Servers

Hey guys,
I am just about to launch my server and I was just wondering about the EULA agreement stuff. What are the terms that I have to follow and does it really matter? I've seen so many servers that still have ranks etc and I just don't understand what mojang is doing to enforce the agreement. Please let me know ASAP as I really want to launch. Thanks!

They do they just hvent taken action yet, they have taken action against servers like arkham network but they are just saying fuck it and blcklust them because they made there own launcher that bypasses the blacklist

If you are a small server, I don't think it does. They went after a load of big servers to scare everyone, if you don't have 100's of players, then it shouldn't be a problem.

No one follows it lol, Mojang has to give you a 2weeks+ leeway to allow you to make changes anyway. So really just dont follow it till they tell you to

Only people that do truly are mineplex and hypixel I think
