I just find it funny that they still don't give two craps about hypixel not being EULA compliant... Hypixel is butt buddies with Mojang, whilst the rest of the big servers get fucked over...

I hate realms tbh... If they added support for plugins then I'd be in, but at 7.99$ a month it's way overpriced.
Bro I don't think you can even op players if I'm correct. Plus realms were laggy af yesterday from what I heard for the release.

Sadly I think you're right, but if they are enforcing the EULA, even for the wrong reasons, I maintain it's actually a good thing.
It's either going to be a bad or good thing, it's your opinion and you're entitled to it. For most players, it's going to be a good move because it becomes less pay to win, but in my opinion it just jeopardises servers that you love and play on.

Hypixel is doing a great job with the EULA from what I can see. I'm not certain, but I think for the most part they follow the EULA. Yet they're the largest server ever! Countless other servers do too. If they can follow the EULA and still be successful, then the following the EULA will just make your server better if you can make it successful.

Am I wrong on this?

DocM77 is German and pronounces it "oila", but in America we pronounce it "youla".

End User Licence Agreement. I was asking how people pronounced it.[DOUBLEPOST=1456844377][/DOUBLEPOST]If I get yelled at for Eula, I'd probably make my server cracked.

Just a quick question regarding the EULA. Would you be able to make a donator perk including the following?:

This is just a quick un-thought out example, just want to confirm my thoughts.

So the perk could consist of a 99% chance of receiving a donator key when voting, you could set it up so that there is a 1% chance for non-donators when voting so that it doesn't really cross over with the EULA. If i'm correct, the EULA states that if you are adding non-cosmetic perks, non-donators should also be able to receive the perks. So you could pretty much use the key to redeem kits etc.?

I think this is violating the EULA; donors shouldn't have better odds at getting perks, especially when the perks effect gameplay.

You could however have something like Hypixel's doublecoin/doublefortune thing, where a donor can activate double fortune for 2 minutes and get a higher chance of keys. Edit: This would effect all players, not just donors.

Are you sure that it states odds in the EULA?

No, but why are you asking me? Can't you read it for yourself?
I read it but there's nothing regarding the disallowing or allowing it
