EULA Compliant Server Perks?

Ok as I am starting my own server I need cool and interesting things for donors to get after they donate. I want it to be compliant as I don't want to be one of those pay to win servers. I know the normal ones like Nicknames, colored chat, hats, etc. But I need this to be awesome. What is your guy's take on being compliant?

It's not really hard to be compliant at all. Look what TheArchon or Cosmicpvp is doing. And have a dev make you the plugins. I had someone make me the same thing TheArchon does for their ranks and crate keys. Only cost about 70$...

Yeah I guess but they are a PVP server and mine will be skyblock. Added that in.

Skyblock can have pvp. Just make your pvp arena big.

you can give people the option to buy all sorts of xp and level boosts, as long as they affect the whole server the same.
Hypixel has been doing this. Someone can buy a coin boost, so everyone gets 2x coins from minigames. This can still be turned to your own advantage, of course, because you can then farm some stuff more focused than normal.
