I think the point is that Mojang is picking favorites in this situation. The EULA itself has always been dealt with in such a shady manner. Not even responding to their own EULA emails and choosing which servers they want to take down. What a joke.

Certain servers, such as Lemon Cloud, still continue to sell pay to win perks and pay to win items without any pushback from Mojang whatsoever.

LemonCloud has never received a EULA enforcement notification and has already stated that they will comply with the EULA if approached by Mojang.

Everyone should just focus on themselves. It's easy to waste time pointing fingers at what others servers are doing, but in the end you'll only be successful if you work hard on your own stuff and not get distracted by others! I'm pretty sure those servers are just trying to do everything they can to not comply and therefore make more money - simple as that. Either you do the same, or you full comply.

However I do think that Mojang is just doing a terribly job at communicating with the server owner community. If they want to be able to enforce this they need to make one big post which lays out everything clearly, and then add to it when new things come up and questions are asked. My guess is that they didn't expect everyone to start using so many loopholes to get around it and they're pretty overwhelmed by it all. And knowing Mojang they'll handle it poorly.
