Good morning to everyone reading this, EuphoriaMC has just finished it's one month of BETA and is looking to recruit some Managers. The server is at 100% development stage and we have mitigated and cleared any known bugs off. We're now officially into season #1 of the server.
✦ Hard Requirements:
• At least 15 years old.
• A member of our discord.
• Working microphone.
• Knowledge in survival (the game mode).
• Java minecraft.
✦ Soft Requirements:
• At least 1 years experience with being a Manager.
• Experience from Helper - Manager.
• No negative reputation.
✦ Server Information:
• EuphoriaMC is a 1.17.1 survival based server. We have Bedrock support, fully working with an updated floodgate and Geyser.
• We offer things like: jobs, quests, custom bosses, levelledmobs, custom ores, affordable ranks, updated social media, flexible staff team, player shops.
• The server will be starting off as survival but we will be expanding into skyblock and prisons in the upcoming future of the server.
• Diversity, everyone is welcomed and there will be alternatives for people who support certain religons. For example, I am British and I don't celebrate thanksgiving however we will implement a thanksgiving storyline or thanksgiving quests into the server for those who wish to celebrate through minecraft as well.
• Custom terrain + custom map. Our map is 10,000 x 10,000 and has a completely custom touch to it. There are huge biomes to adventure!
✦ Positions:
• Marketing Manager (1/1) - voluntary/paid (depending). We need someone who has the skill to bring in players and keep them. We're not having issues with gaining players only keeping them. You'd be expected to manage the Buycraft as well (sales, one-time items). The payment for this role won't be incredibly high because we're trying to keep it as low-budget as possible to create a bigger budget for Media offers.
• Community Manager (1/1) - voluntary. We need someone who can engage the community, do frequent events and giveaways. Must be able to analyise and understand what the player-base wants and how to deliver them a good experience.
• For the moment we are only recruiting those positions - every other position will come from within the staff team so that we can ensure you're properly trained and understand the server.
