Looking for a Semi-cheap dedicated server provider in europe
Has to have additional IP's available for a cheap price, prefer 32-64GB servers.

OVH/SoYouStart have $3 per IP activation fee, don't think it gets better than that

Davyy last I knew was a skilled system administrator and im sure he doesnt want the insecurities of others accessing his machine.

As Ian.D mentioned I am more than capable to manage my own machines. And would rather trust myself and blame myself if I do something wrong on the panel. Let alone trust someone else with valuable projects on the machine.

There are only a few I trust on here, and I am only going with a provider that has enough to prove himself here.
