Answering your question above, in terms on builders and configurators.

Builders
Our builders will receive their earnings by the percentage of the build they have completed once the Business fee's have been deducted. For example, if we received a commission of $100 and 4 builders were working on it equally, each builder would receive $19. (100-20%=80 5%-80=76 76/4=19)

Configurators
Our configurators will receive their earnings by the percentage/amount of plugin(s) the they have completed once the Business fee's have been deducted. For example, if we received a commission of $300 and 5 configurators were working on it equally, each configurator would receive $48. (300-20%=240 240/5=48)

20% is deducted from the profits to invest back into the business.
These are subject to change and/if changed will be updated here and shared to current members of team.​

The payrate seem's uneasy.
The company should only take 5% of the funds earned so for example, $300 Made. Company keeps $15 to invest. 5 configurator's get roughly $57 Each. This will help keep staff happy aswell

40% Seems too much to take from someone's commission or people's commissions.

We've reviewed our Rates and have decided to redistribute our earnings accordingly;
20% will be reinvested.
80% will be spread amongst our Members.

We believe this is much more appropriate and will satisfy our Members more, and this is subject to change for the future. As this is a new Business the income invested is very important to keep us afloat and once we have settled into the market the rate will drop.

For me that roles used is too general kindly elaborate about the roles being stated there.

The Configurator role should be self-explanatory, but for those who don’t know, they are the people who edit config files inside the Plugin folders. These files change the appearance of the server, depending on the level of expertise of the Configurator they can create exceptional work, such as GUI’s & to the simpler side of Colour & Text changes. The Configurator role is much simpler than a Developer role, yet still as important.[DOUBLEPOST=1506794985][/DOUBLEPOST]A Builder should also be self-explanatory, and I wont go into much detail, but they create all the structural and visual parts of the Server, these include the spawn, arena, etc.
