Event plugin

i need a plugin where you can schedule random events and I need it so it doesn't effect them stat wise here's the events I need
Last man standing
Team death match
Free for all / last man standing
Capture the flag and
One in the chamber / quiver what ever

To start a match /lolevent start (game)

To create a map /lolevent create (game)
/lolevent setspawn1-16 up to 16 depending on game

This will set your inventory including your armour to the kit but not the potion effects or game mode or exp once they die they need to goto their inventory before they go there
/lolevent setkit (game)

Need all messages configurable
Also need a warm up before every game which also needs to be configurable and once you start the game every one can do /join and it will put them in there I need permissions to start each game mode and for people that are non op that are donors can start one of these so I need a cool down option for each group

What type of server would this be for? And this is definitely doable, would it just be as simple as /join <-- would enter them into the event, and then the teams would be sorted out? Or would they have the option to buddy up with someone, etc (at least those are questions for TDM). UX stuff I might be able to do this though

./team would put them either on blue or red no decision . 8 vs 8 and it's for hcf.

There are so many HCF servers though, just play HCTeams or Kohi

lol those are basic hcf servers i'm making something original it's called hcf to base it off it's nothing near hcf though.
and there's only around 8 hcf servers look at all the faction servers there's about 9000 plus have you ever seen a ACTUAL hcf server with out 30+ players?
