Event plugin

Hi,

I'm currently requesting an Event plugin, which should include the following features:

• A scoreboard for each game mode!
• config.yml and language.yml
• The game modes I need is Spleef, Brackets and Sumo.
• While there is an event running, the command "/spawn" should be blocked.
