Wottsits12345 As we can't play a live panel with sound in minecraft without hacking to mod the game, we are live streaming it. In minecraft the person would be onstage talking whilst they have the stream open so they can hear the panel live.

Oh that sounds pretty interesting actually, would the server stands require onsite staff aswell or are they simply like an advertising booth with some text in them?

EDIT: Sorry I read the question wrong, You make your booth on the server, you have a space and you ca. Make from a block and a sign that says join my server to a full terrain with cool features. And as for the staff, if you would like to have staff offline the whole event it's fine, but note players may want to ask questions
