Events Plugin

I am looking for someone to make me a events plugin like InvadedLands, how it is won by a crate and the user gets the item and is able to host the event every hour or so, I want this to be easy to setup as well.

when the user redeems the voucher for their event, i want them to be able to do /event host to open a gui of all events that can be hosted but they can only choose the one that they can host ( that they won out of the crate ) i'd love this plugin so someone please help me out. thanks.
