MC-Market was opened on the 1st of August 2014 by myself, with the aim to bring something that wasn't there to the community and on the 18th of September 2015 - I am parting from Minecraft community, which includes leaving MC-Market.
This has been in discussion for months and haven't enjoyed what I've been doing much and that has been visible to many members on MC-Market which is why this is a positive thing. I consider MC-Market an incredible experience for me, I started the website when I was 14 and am leaving now I am 16 to pursue other interests in radio and photography.
A lot of members have asked me who will be taking over my place, and the answer to that is Mick and I wish him the best. He will do a brilliant job, and all the plans for additions and everything I know has been passed on to him.
To make this post less negative, there have already been some changes including the addition of
- Supreme Upgrade
- K3Feedz as a Moderator
- Teamspeak server
- Accounts Sub-Forum changes
- Shoutbox re-added, with archiving
- Writer applications closed, ready for reviewing
- We will be re-enabling registration on Monday
- MC-Admin.org is open for registration
Payments for MC-Market will continue to be sent to me for a short while whilst Mick is set up and made comfortable, however I do not own MC-Market anymore.
