Age doesn't matter if an 18-year-old does a crappier job compared to a 15-year-old. Sorry. The business world doesn't care if you are 40-year-old or 18 as long as you have the experience. I think that's a bigger difference than comparing a teenager to a 20-year-old on a Minecraft forum. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
