The server has never been released to the public so it's brand new and complete for you to get set and go. I will list everything about the server down below.

i would not consider buying it without viewing it live first as i think most people would be the sane aswell

This only adds to my suspicion... If you sold your server before, why is it for sale again? Did you have a previous deal with a different buyer? If you did, why did that deal fall through?
