We believe that our developers deserve best. As a developer, your voice is always heard and taken into consideration when it comes to our projects and activities. We do not want any one developer to feel overwhelmed or unimportant in any given situation.

Why we need you!
We need developers because we plan to have many other fun plug ins and kits to play that will need coding. To do any game mode in a reasonable time we would need multiple developers working in collaboration to get the job done.

Requirements

1+ years of Java Experience
Skype Account
Ability to Speak English
Positive Work Ethic
Available for at least 10 hours a week

Not required but will improve chances:

BungeeCordAPI Experience
MySQL Experience
Microphone

Payment

You will be paid from BuyCraft Donations when they start coming in. Don't worry, we will compensate you for all the work you have completed before donations come! Right now we are thinking about 5% to 10% of the donations towards each developer but of course, we can negotiate the percentages!

Developers wont want "donation" percentage. You need to pay per project, or a monthly payment amount.
