The way I see it is if a mod does something they shouldn't or poorly represents MCM they shouldn't be a mod, but the past is the past so leave it in the past, arguing isn't gonna get anyone nowhere. Second chances are always ok so here's a fresh start ^^
You shouldn't be arguing with people as mod though, you should deal with people not argue with them.

I'd like to see this thread get locked also, I think it would be for the best.

Ew If you continue to reply here to these types of posts, you are a bad staff member. It's a bad idea to argue with members much, provide a one post justification and leave it. Staff should always act professionally and responsibly, never argue in public. Go from this point on and do something productive and you'll be a good staff member, argue with people on this thread, it'll make it look poor.

As far as it goes, your actions from now on would directly reflect on the forum, some forums don't really care but I always thought of it as a good idea to act responsibly. I don't know you, so this isn't a for-against kind of post, it's just saying think before you post, some things are better left without replying to.

To be honest, I see where narakavi is coming from. S/he's not the 'highest quality' member here, I don't think s/he ever seriously said s/he was. Though, narakavi did display some valid points, regardless of whether it's just to annoy you or to seriously have doubts with your capabilities, many would guess it's the first, I'm nobody to judge. Whether someone is trolling or not, forget who posted it and just look at their point and see where they're coming from. Verringer did say they didn't break any rules, and to be honest they're probably better behaved than a lot of people on forums, they just like to annoy people, and people making so many 'ban them' threads is probably Christmas coming early for them too lol.


It's definitely not an invalid point, it's actually a very good point, but I wouldn't really battle it, I'd continue with the topic, say thanks to who says congratulations and drop it for now. Just mind it from this point onwards, I wouldn't engage in cracked account activities though. I've always wanted my staff teams to be non-egotistical staff that don't reply to you as if they're on some throne and all members are beneath them, I wanted them to be in the community and do moderation duties as they are trusted. Anyone can say anything to a staff just as they would to a regular user, provided it meets the forum rules, because we're all humans and nobody is superior to another, right? (that doesn't really work here, but continuing on) Even though that works, I did want them to behave appropriately. You don't see Obama selling confiscated drugs (poor example but yeah). I'd just change how you do business.

Just my opinion though, ignore it if you want
