Ex-Server Admin allowed to own MCM Server Account

Long story short; one of my ex admins for CitrusPVP decided to help advertise, etc.
So he made a minecraft market account, and did his thing.

After a while, he betrayed me and he was then 'fired' from working with CitrusPVP.
Yet he still owns this account https://www.mc-market.org/members/138183/
and is able to ruin my server's reputation if he where to feel like it because MCM
staff.
1. Are very inactive replying to my support ticket, made on Dec 19th, 2019. With a total of 2 replies not including a auto message assigning someone to my case.
2. I feel like (by one of the replies) they don't care who owns the account or what they do to hurt the name of Citrus. When staff asked for proof I sent them 3 videos, but that wasn't enough. Followed by wanting to get screenshot proof, I tried adding my ex-admin on discord to show proof of dox threats, threats, proof of him saying citrus is his game/account now, etc. But was unable to add the user due to the fact he had changed his discord tag.

Any suggestions? Anything I can do to find out his discord/ get this account disabled as it no longer is situated with my server? Dm me or leave comment. Please don't trash the thread.

If you aren't lucky you'll be like me and get your post on a thread removed from "Slander" whilst trying to leave an honest review about something.

This. Unless the user has another account, it's unlikely that staff can fairly remove someone's name. Then again, people have made request threads publicly to try to get a banned/very inactive user's name like 2 years ago but I suppose that's a bit different. Don't exactly recall how those turned out.

As far as I know, they can use the name CitrusPvP if you do not have the trademark for it
