Exalted Network

Exalted has decided to open a network and we're in need of mature, dedicated staff. If you're potentially interested please read on.
Exalted plan to create a total of 4 servers before release and add an additional 4 servers within 6-12 months of release.

The servers that will be added on release are:
. Towny/Survival
. Factions
. Skyblock
.Prison

We plan to create the following after release:
. RPG
. Creative
. Kit PvP
. Selection of Minigames

Each server will be issued a specific server manager and a lot of thought and planning will be done before any work is started.
We want to create a nice community amongst the staff team so personality will be just as important as your experience when it comes down to the application.
Due to our builders we have access to custom, exclusive builds.

Staff roles we require:
. Server Manager [0/2] (Currently only hiring 2 until more progress is made on the servers.)
. Administrator [0/4]
. Moderator [0/8]
If you're a plugin developer, web designer or graphic designer feel free to contact also. (You will obviously be payed for your work)

CreeperTNT was a Serbian server that my friend had created in early 2014. I was asked by him to try out being a Staff Manager for their server and agreed happily. I was in charge of the forums, promoting/demoting new staff members and a lot more. I was a Staff Manager on the server until the server shut down due to not having money to pay for it.

SarmaCraft is also a serbian server where I applied for the staff team, slowly I climbed up the ladder and became the Administrator. The server was very toxic, after a while the owner gave up on the server and I resigned.

I was also accepted as a Administrator recently but the server didn't release.

-My name is Dragan and I am 16. I live in Europe and I speak English, Serbian and little bit of Russian. I live in a small town, Niksic and I go to school there also, in 2nd grade. I am a basketball player who practices 7 times a week, who also has a love for Minecraft and Staff Management/Administration! I have been playing Minecraft since 1.6 version and have been in the Management/Administration field for about 1 year now.

I worked in various networks such as Caseadian (Admin),Carbon(Co-Owner) and most recently PaladinMc(Helper).I also have worked on non network servers such as thedarkgames (Mod) and Edge-mc (Server Manager).I started out small in a server which had a 30 playerbase called Casecade.I was the head-admin there for quite some time and decided to quit the server due to some injustice.
