Why did you clicked on this thread?: I want to be a part of a setup team, and seeing one recruiting was promising
Why do you want to help out Excellent Setups?: I want to be a part of a quality setup team, and this one looks promising.
What are your experiences as a configurator (100-200 words)?: My experiences as a configurator are very varied. I've had my ups and downs as everyone have. But through those ups and downs I've learned a ton. I have expanded my knowledge on how to deal with situations and different clients. Not everyone is the same, and that applies to configurations as well. Some clients are tough on you because they want the best that you can give, because that's what they should get. Other clients are very relaxed, because they trust that you know what you are doing since they are counting on you to provide a service for them. In conclusion, the events that I have experienced with clients have show me how to become a better person in life, and in my service.
What is unique about you (150-250 words)?: What is unique about me? I guess I've never been asked that question before in my life. I think what is unique about me is my dedication for the work and service that I deliver. I take immense pride in my work, which I feel is something that is not show in the world anymore. I personally feel that many people are greedy for money and don't understand that if you don't supply a quality product / service, then you won't get any other customers and thus no more money. I aim to change this by providing quality services for my clients so they can be confident that they are getting a quality product. Another thing that is unique about me would be my humbleness. I don't feel that I am self centered in the aspect that I am the only one that can provide a service. I know there are people who are better than I am, and am honored when clients choose me over them.
How much hours can you spend on working for Excellent Setups?: About 20 hours a week
What languages are you able to speak well?: English

Why did you clicked on this thread?: I clicked on it because I am very interested for this position and I am very experienced with configuring a wide range of free/paid plugins.
Why do you want to help out Excellent Setups?: I want to grow in a community and help Excellent Setups using what I am skilled on. I am very interested in this position as I have mentioned above and the owners seem very reputable. This also seems like a great chance for me to gain some money from doing what I have learned to do for over 2 years now with the servers I've owned. This will also give me and wide open new community to get into and interact with which I am very excited for.
What are your experiences as a configurator (100-200 words)?: I am extremely experienced in configuring over 125+ plugins that exist at this very moment. I have configured plugins for many servers and got very good feedback from them. I have experience using FileZilla, Multicraft, Notepad++, MCMyAdmin. My job in past servers that I have worked for was being an Owner or an Administrator and a Developer. I can pretty much entirely configure plugins like (Featherboard, PermissionsEx, Factions, Cores, Essentials, EZRankUp, CS-CoreLib, ClearLagg, Multiverse-Core, mcMMO, NoCheatPlus) etc.
What is unique about you (150-250 words)?: I can pretty much multitask easily and I am hard-working when I need to be. I take my job seriously and never give it back incomplete. I feel confident that I can change Excellent Setups in a way that we will get more reputation and always give work on time or even earlier. I want to give my free time to a good reason that will be using my skills and also getting paid doing my job on a professional level. I reply back very fast and I am always on time. I will never let you down and I can promise you that! I am very mature but can also be a funny person if I want. I can bring different ideas to the table for Excellent Setups like how we should interact with clients and things to use to make our job easier. Also I have people I know to make us a website for our team.
