Hello MCM,
Today I'm looking to sell this spawn that I built exclusively. I'm offering it to anyone who wants to buy it for a fair price. This spawn's dimensions include the room they extend out into, therefore the original box that its in is only 75x75 (although I feel it was more apropriate to give it it's full size).

Because of the detail it is, I'm going to start the price at $3.10 (£2.50). Below are some screenshots.

The title says exclusive. Your description of your sale technique involves non-exclusive sales (to more than one person). I would suggest adjusting things accordingly, just so there is no confusion about it. Thanks ^_^
