The hub is very detailed with a river going through it. Summer themed.
The spawns are different. All of them are 100x100. With Crates, Cows, Shop.
The sumo arena is also big, with 15 blocks middle, summer themed, detailed, put barriers so they won't go out of the arena.
The nether hub is built with dark colors to match the biome with 4 portals in the middle.
The floating islands are 3, everything that people need is on the big main island in the middle.

Notes:
You cannot resell the builds.
Every single one of the builds comes with a schematica file.
