The spawn is pretty dead, mainly world edited also by "premade" I think he meant people have been on that server they can steal the builds from you. Also think you can post like donations? If you've gotten any. Majority of them mines are just world edit and the rest are just build one side copy rotate paste nothing amazing about them to be worth $250. And the "Custom GUIs " could be easily be done with Skript or Chest Commands just because you have a couple of "Fancy" GUI's doesn't make it anything special to be worth that asking price,even look at your Jars Chest commands is even in there . Nothing in them Jars/Config appears to be custom.

Spawn is huge and custom made... no idea what "dead" means for a build? Want me to spawn in a cow? Tf..
and there's no way any player has my spawn, simple plugin called "AntiWDL" that denies this. Tons of those helpful plugins exist.

Oh and by the way, ban manager? ALT MANAGER, stands for Alternate account manager, can't find it? Cause it's custom, denies other players to join with alts (Amazing for Prison so that players can't exploit money payments.. at least as easy)
