Exclusive Custom Prison setup

Hey MCM! I am looking for someone to make me a prison setup! My budget is $120, and it needs to be done within the week.

I already have 26 Prison mines, but more custom ones will be needed for donor and Prestige Mines.

Needed:
Custom enchants: (I already have tokenenchant)
- Jackhammer
- Explosive
- Greed (gives more money for sell [I use auto sell by clip])
- Token Greed (gives more tokens per procc)
- Lucky (increases the amount of times Token Greed proccs)
- Keygreed (expensive, but will give more of a chance to get keys from mining)

Pickaxe levels:
- 1500 levels
- every 100 levels, adds a slot for a shard or crystal that will give token boost or sell boost, etc
- Level up Pickaxe from mining and or bonus xp

Crystals/shards:
- boosts sell prices
- boosts the amount of tokens you get from mining
- etc

Auto Miner:
- a lightweight auto miner that people can earn time towards the auto miner through crates

Custom Spawn:

Custom Mines for prestige mines and rank mines:

Private mines like mcprison:

Prestiges:
- prestige crates
- 1000 prestiges
- every 100 prestiges award a new prestige mine

Custom GUI's:
- when you right click on your pickaxe it brings you an enchant menu
- can be acheived with deluxe menus and "Click Pick Sell" (i can provide)

Crates:
- Vote(make it good so players will vote every day)
- Mine(found by mining)
- Rare(rare, but found by mining)
- Legendary(found within prestige mines)
- Mystic(bought online)

Vote Rewards:
- as for the for crate, make it good to promote voting

EzBlocks:
- /blockstop
- /prestigetop
- rewards player every time they reach a milestone
